I've been talking with lots of agents (Dialing For Dollars). I follow Marco's email process and have been receiving tons of NOs and bunches of counters. I have had a few bank-and-forths where the seller decreased their ask by more than 25%, but none ever reached my ceiling so I continued to persist for a NO or counter. My question is, when do I say YES to a counter?
