Carnivores are sexy
I'm serious. After a long fallow period where the fine ladies of tinder seemed to care about nothing but my slightly below average height (and that's ok , we are allowed our preferences ) suddenly I'm getting positive interest. Met a great lady off FB dating today and may soon need to reword my bio :) It never worried me being an incel. I've had these periods before and honestly it's about putting a smile on your face and radiating the right energy. There's something about this way of eating though, I've never been so calm, self assured and unflappable. Think about it. This entire community is VERYYYYY chill , @Steven Howell @Richard Smith , godlike super chad Dr Chaffee allll smooth operators right? Is it the low inflammation? I've been a v3g@n once and felt tetchy, grumpy and 7 out of 10 ready to Karen but I'm full on Marcus Aurelius now. #Thankfull

Electrolytes changed colour?
I’ve just got a new tub of the lemon and orange electrolytes but the powder is bright orange? The lighter powder in the photo is the last bit from my old tub. Has the recipe changed? @Richard Smith

Hey Victoria, no change, the colour of the astaxanthin fades over time, this does not affect the efficacy, it purely visual :-) So all good. :-)
Electrolytes
My mum’s trying carnivore & has bought some Keto electrolyte bhb & mct tablets to help with energy. They say take 3 a day. Does it matter what time of day she takes them? The bottle has no instructions other than dose. Is anyone else here taking bhb & mct? Have you noticed improved energy levels?

Where about's are you from Tracey, are these UK. Only 2 companies in the UK have the rights to produce BHB and this isn't one of them. Meaning, it may not even be BHB. I'm not saying it's not, but there are many trying to jump on the band wagon. I am 1 of those two companies allowed to produce BHB. The type of BHB is also important, I can't see from the label but we want D-BHB, if it doesn't say, then it's probably not and we need at least 4g per serving to confer any benefit, optimal is around 12g. How much do these have per serving? Here's a link to mine if you'd like to check them out. :-) https://theketopro.com/collections/exogenous-ketones Ideally, take during a fasted state, and not around meal time, especially if weight loss is the goal. The key to using BHB is to use sparingly, in order to teach the body to increase the monocarboxylate function. I use for a number of reason, mental clarity, energy, inflammation, training, competing, fat loss. etc. @Gregory Le sueur has also asked about BHB, we'll cover this during the next live. Great questions both. :-)

@Caroline Stevenson hey Caroline, more electrolytes required. I add the equivalent to one sachet to all of the water I drink. The sachets are great for convenience but they can quickly become costly, the tubs work out much cheaper and if you order on subscribe and save, you'll get them with a further 12% discount. We need way more electrolytes than we've been led to believe. Try adding a little more while incorporating a diet of lower calcium. Calcium excites the muscles, magnesium calms it... The ratio required is closed to 1:1 meaning we either need to increase magnesium or reduce calcium. We need to be careful in regards to consuming too much calcium, so I would opt for reducing eggs and cheese etc. I hope this helps 🙂 Rich.
