Good evening all , so I have finally got the courage to start ringing potential properties that are suitable for wholesaling and you know you have the lead but you don't know if the person on the other end of the phone is the owner or not. I made 5 call and 3 of them on the other end were realtors that didn't want anything to do with wholesalers, I even tried being their friend and asking them were they struggling selling any other properties that I might be able to help, and maybe we could jv on a few deals. but in reality they we just cold on the phone didn't want to talk , didn't want to say anything about the property, i even tried a bit of humour by saying imagine getting an Irish guy ringing on a Monday about a property, telling them I was from the land of leprechauns, Guinness and rain but they had not interest. would this be a common response from realtors

What is the most difficult part that you are having trouble with? I'll go 1st. for me its the Disposition of a Property. I would consider myself a good talker on the phone with Agents (I' am an Agent myself, that's probably why) and talking with FSBOs. But on the Dispo Side, i takes too much of my time away from getting on the phone and talking with people. Ok, Your Turn, What is it? and don't forget to LIKE so we all can advance to the next level. D4D lead a partner came across I’m doing all of the work (or as much as possible) I walked property, negotiated with seller and then got PSA signed, waiting for her to removed personal belongings so I can put our lockbox on it and walk a few of my buyers through it! Looking at $20k+ spread (50/50 JV) multiple buyers interested so going to use my leverage with that! Thank you Rick and Zach we will close 2 weeks from Friday! Glory to God, this will change my families life indefinitely. 🫡
