What is the most difficult part that you are having trouble with? I'll go 1st. for me its the Disposition of a Property. I would consider myself a good talker on the phone with Agents (I' am an Agent myself, that's probably why) and talking with FSBOs. But on the Dispo Side, i takes too much of my time away from getting on the phone and talking with people. Ok, Your Turn, What is it? and don't forget to LIKE so we all can advance to the next level. We close one deal a month. Our cost per deal is $1300 on two VA's plus cost of lists we pull plus time I spend following up with 50-60 leads generated per month, plus time/gas to go and inspect some props that we are serious about acquiring. We also spend extra ~$250/mo on SMS platform, sending 10K texts per month, with no results since August. What is your cost per deal?
