[DAY 5] Dennis Signed the Contract + A Lead Sourcing Strategy You've Probably Never Heard Of 📰
Hey Avengers, IT'S OFFICIAL. Dennis just posted this in the WhatsApp group: "Signed - collecting deposit. Time to Work!" 💰 The $30k contract is DONE. On Day 4, he told us he was "about to sign." On Day 5, it's official, and he's collecting the deposit. This is what execution looks like. 🚀 --- 🧠 BUT HERE'S THE PLOT TWIST... While Dennis was closing his deal with relationships... Ravi just shared the most creative lead sourcing strategy I've heard in a while: He's going through his local newspaper and radio station ads, specifically the classified section, looking for businesses who are hiring receptionists. Why is this genius? Because if a business is actively looking to "hire a receptionist", they have: - A real need (incoming calls/leads) - Budget allocated (they're ready to pay someone) - Pain right now (they posted the ad) *And Ravi can offer them an AI receptionist instead.* Perfect timing. Perfect ICP. Perfect offer. This is the kind of creative thinking I want to see. --- 🎯 JARVIS IN ACTION: 100 LEADS IN MINUTES Dennis also tested Jarvis Lead Sourcer today and shared his results: "I'm trying this Jarvis Lead Sourcing - it just produced 50 Local leads and 50 B2B leads. That's awesome." 100 verified leads. No manual research. No copy-pasting. Just targeted scraping based on his ICP. And here's the best part: He's using those leads for himself AND his client (multi-use). This is what I mean by "Build Your Systems." --- 🎁 @John Park IS BUILDING MARKETING ASSETS FOR YOU ( link in WhatsApp group) John Park dropped this in the group today: "Guys I am preparing front-end marketing assets that you can leverage and show to leads, including demos, case studies you can white-label and present. Let me know if there's anything you would like to see."

Exhibiting at The Business Show Sydney
I'll be exhibiting at The Business Show Sydney on November 5-6 so just over a month away, so it's a very important time for me to not only market, but to connect with people in the AI space based in Sydney. In these two days, I'll be showcasing my Voice AI and AI Automation Systems, with demos and samples to try, learn about what I do and how I can help, and meet with prospects. Also I'll have an interactive quiz to audit your business, and provide you instant on-the-spot results including actionable insights and even a quote. As of right now, I am the only one in my team in Australia (everyone else is overseas), so I am going alone. I know the limitations of going alone, so if you are interested in joining my team and helping me out for the expo, I am more than happy to discuss this! If you're an AI agency owner yourself, or a developer, or a salesperson, I'd love to get in touch. If you're a business owner and want to discuss how we can work together, let me know as well. Separately, for anyone here who's done these big expos before – any pro tips for making the most of it? What's your secret for killing it? I do have big plans for it, and focus is on pre and post-show marketing. But I do welcome all tips and secrets. (spoiler alert: big fancy stands with ice cream stands and giving away business cards like candy is NOT effective marketing, and most businesses actually fail to make a profit) I'll be at Stand B102 in those two days. If you're interested in the team opportunity, shoot me a DM. Otherwise, let me know once you get your free ticket below, and see you there. For advice, drop it in the comments! 👇 Cheers! How do you drive traffic to your B2B business ?
The B2B business cycle always follows the same pattern: Traffic → Leads → Calls → Clients → Case Studies Everything starts with traffic - the lifeblood of any business. But the RIGHT traffic strategy depends entirely on your current revenue level. Here's what's actually working in 2025: Under $10K/month (Agency) → Cold outreach ONLY (calls, DMs, emails) → No ads (preserve cash) → Cost: Low money, high time → Speed: Fast results → No compound effect (stops working when you stop) $10K-30K/month (Agency) → Cold outreach + Content marketing → Begin building long-term assets → Content starts slow but compounds over time → Your YouTube videos/LinkedIn posts from 6 months ago still generate leads today $30K+/month (Agency) → Content marketing + Paid ads → Stop cold outreach (your time is now more valuable) → Ads expedite lead generation → Use your capital to buy back your time Coaching/Consulting (Any Level) → Avoid cold outreach (intangible value prop) → Focus on content marketing → Add ads when ready to scale The financial model most miss with cold outreach: - Week 1-3: Negative cash flow (-$750/week) - Week 4: Break-even point - Week 24: $25,000/month potential With content marketing: - Post conceptual valuable content (the WHAT and WHY, never the HOW) - Just 2 videos per month with 20% growth rate - Can generate $290,000 in lifetime gross profit within a year With paid ads: - Direct offer ads only - Drive to opt-in → VSL → application → calendar - Skip lead magnets (cost per call becomes prohibitive) Your traffic strategy should evolve as your business grows. Most entrepreneurs fail because they use strategies misaligned with their current stage. P.S What traffic source is currently bringing you the most qualified leads?

Building a successful business comes down to three key strategies: cold outreach, content creation, and leveraging equity—either sweat or financial. Cold outreach is the classic hustle, directly generating leads through personal effort. Content creation acts as a magnet, building credibility and engagement over time. For businesses with no capital, sweat equity is essential—grinding out organic growth manually. However, paid ads accelerate the process, especially when combined with content as part of a well-structured funnel. In fact, businesses that invest in paid ads see an average of 126% faster growth compared to those relying solely on organic methods. The real game-changer? Automation. Companies that implement automation from the start see a 451% increase in qualified leads and a 14.5% boost in sales productivity. Meanwhile, businesses that delay automation often face slower response times and missed opportunities. Combining cold outreach, content creation, paid ads, and automation creates a powerhouse system that scales efficiently and sustainably—putting your business growth on autopilot.
Giver or Taker?
If you had to summarize yourself, are you a giver or taker? Do you produce more or consume more? Ask yourself these questions: 1. Are you often giving something of value that you think you should charger for? 2. Do you on regular basis publicly recognize those who are giving value when they could or should be charging for that content/knowledge? If you are busy chasing a dollar you will likely NOT be able to: 1. look into 3-6 months from now and predict what future holds in your professional niche and thus will not be ready to take the leading position in your niche. 2. identify your strengths and weakness and seek to build or join a team where you can can apply your strengths in day to day activities and delegate other things to your team mates.

great topic and relevant. I believe it's both! You give, but at the end of the day, you have to be able to build as well. You can't build without being a taker. At the end of the day, none of us made an AI transition to only know something new. Keeping a proper balance is important, and knowing when you should take as well. Part of the reason I'm a taker is so that I can be a better giver overall! I think understanding who to give to, when to give, and when to take is important. I've also learned" Don't cast pearls before swine." Give to those who value it, and you realize you are really helping.
