Giver or Taker?
If you had to summarize yourself, are you a giver or taker? Do you produce more or consume more?
Ask yourself these questions:
- Are you often giving something of value that you think you should charger for?
- Do you on regular basis publicly recognize those who are giving value when they could or should be charging for that content/knowledge?
If you are busy chasing a dollar you will likely NOT be able to:
- look into 3-6 months from now and predict what future holds in your professional niche and thus will not be ready to take the leading position in your niche.
- identify your strengths and weakness and seek to build or join a team where you can can apply your strengths in day to day activities and delegate other things to your team mates.
