Hey everyone I am trying to plan my build for an inbound ai voice agent for an HVAC company and I am getting a bit confused as to how I can structure it in retell. As HVAC companies have lots of different services and technicians how would the booking appointment work with retell. Would i need lots of different calendars per service and technician. Also what if someone needs an emergency visit, you will need to allocate the nearest technqian to them.
