So I tried to do my 100 Push-ups but my left wrist and shoulder started hurting and i don’t know why. I was able to get to like 60-70 push-ups but then it started hurting even more so I wasn’t able to complete them. I’ll try to finish all 100 and maybe more tomorrow.
how long did it take yall to learn your first muscle up? and what are the best exercises to learn them tho i hear lots of different info online and im not sure how to get it in the fastest time possible
there are my pull and push workouts and i’ve definitely done more than 100. ((i’m only 12 btw) ik i’m rlly tan cuz i’m outside for like an hour every day at school playing footy 🏈
On the weekend I could (maybe) get some resistance bands and I could also integrate those into my workouts. And most importantly so I can do band assisted pull ups to progress lol.
