Google my business
If I have a Google my business page (notary) for my notary business, would it be best to create another Google my business page? I would like to drive customers to both.

@Dwayne Martin You can use your home address. You would just need to tell Google not to show your home address and use a service area instead.

@Nayshunda Burke You have to have a separate phone number for each business. Google will not allow you to have one phone number for several businesses. That's the main reason why you will get restricted. Each business is separate and has to have it's own phone number.

We stopped being open on Saturdays. When we first opened though, we were open on Saturdays from 10a-2pm. It got to the point after about 1.5 years in business that only about 1 Saturday out of the month was busy and the others were dead. Another thing that I believed helped is that we do allow walk-ins at our Nashville location and a lot of people love that so they don't have to try to find a place open on Saturdays.

Q & A Session (replay)
(Georgia) I hate that I missed the live session, I so wanted to be active and involved. Here are my questions: Can you FP (ink) and scan only to archive the cards without channeling? Ex: Customer needs cards, service provided - cards scanned w/permission, cards returned to customer but not channeled to any other department. I am in a closed/hybrid stated; therefore, I am not sure if I actually need channeling softwared (maybe if I need to submit to FL)??? I guess this will determine which level I pick for training Ambassador or Platinum. Where do we find the pricing. SInce I wasn't able to connect on the Zoom, I didn't receive a continuation email. Any suggestions on booking/calendar software? Thanks for the confirmation that this can be done PT until earnings warrant the full dive in. Since you stated that cards can be scanned, archive for later repeat retrieval, can a biometric device be used to do ink cards? If yes, which do you recommend? Ex: ink card template created for repeat use, biometric scanner used to FP, customer card printed, card provided to customer, card saved w/permission (if needed). What does mobile live scan look like? I would have loved to hear an example or see how mobile FP works when you have the livescan device. Thank you for sharing that Gemalto (AKA Thales Digital Identity), aka Gemalto Cogent, aka ... - what were the other names you listed (Intego???) Do you have any generic disclaimers that are used for customers? allergic to this ink? if cards are rejected? any others? On your first question, I'm not understanding what you're asking. Are you doing the prints in ink only? Because if you are using the Printscan equipment, there is no need to scan the cards. The customer's prints are captured by your system and you can archive the file yourself for future use. For info on the pricing, you can send an email to info@fingerprintingclasses.com and someone will schedule a call with you. I use acuityscheduling.com and I know some people use the Google calendar. It's just whichever you prefer. I have multiple locations so I need a scheduler that shows me all of the locations at one time. The equipment is already programmed to print all of your standard cards - FD258, SF87, 1164, etc. Identogo is the most common name. No generic disclaimers. We personally will reprint customers one time if the prints are rejected. The discount code for crimescene.com is CatDog@1. You can ask about other discount codes when you schedule your call. Hand Cleaning Prior to Ink Fingerprinting
This came up in another thread ( @Shuly Oletzky ) My understanding is that alcohol containing cleaning solutions can dry out the ridges of the finger pads. For Mobile Ink Fingerprinting, what do you offer to the customer for hand cleaning prior to rolling their prints? If available, have them wash hands with soap and water? Is there a brand of disposable wipe that does not contain alcohol that works well?

We use saline non-alcohol baby wipes like Boogie Wipes or Happy Bum from Amazon. Don't get the one with lotion or other products built in.
