Has anyone had to do a Business video for the Google Business Profile Verification successfully?

Hi everyone, are there any mobile fingerprint technicians here that have a website? I need one that will allow me to charge for the travel time to the client. I'm open to any suggestions on this. I'm getting frustrated with trying to contact the various customer services & not getting any info thar will help.
