Hello all. Has anyone ever run into this problem? I had a customer call me inquiring about fingerprints that were taken back in November. They are saying the agency they are trying to use them with says the fingerprints are invalid or not done. They are saying they have tried more than one agency. There is also a slight language barrier. The fingerprints were for AHCA -all; ORI # EAHCA020Z

For anyone wondering; here’s the industry standard pricing. Fingerprint rolling service: $45-$55 (Extra $20 per card if they request more cards) Mobile fees: $2-3 per mile Or 0-5 miles - $75 5-10 miles -150 10-25 miles - $275 25 + custom quote You can also add administrative fees for helping with the customers application, sending cards in for them if they request it (they’ll have the instructions for that from the requestor) These fees are general guidelines so make sure to adjust 20% or so based on your local market, location, or supply and demand curve.

The FD 258 is an FBI form that’s used to collect fingerprints for background check purposes.Many states and agencies use this form to collect their own prints for background check purposes as well. The FD 1164 is the same type of from but it’s specific use case is for non US citizens to obtain their FBI background check through processing their fingerprints and cross referencing those prints through their criminal database.
