Payton Pritchard to see the jump he makes to a Starting PG. Always excited to see Curry play. Love to study Brunson and Dylan Harper so those are my guys.

Daily Energy Help 🔋🪫
I’m curious what everyone here does to maintain steady energy throughout the day. Between teaching full-time, working on my master’s, training basketball players after school and on weekends, and being a husband and father, there are definitely days when the tank feels empty. I try to be intentional about what I put into my body, so I’m not looking to pound energy drinks or rely on a bunch of junk just to get through the day. I’d love to hear what has actually worked for other busy trainers and coaches: - Foods or meals that keep your energy steady - Drinks or hydration routines - Vitamins or supplements you’ve had success with - Meal timing or daily habits that make a difference - Anything you’ve tried that wasn’t worth it Obviously, sleep is a huge piece of it..even if getting enough isn’t always realistic during certain seasons of life. What helps you stay energized, focused, and present when you’re balancing a full schedule?

Something that helps me in the morning are cold showers. I know there have been some studies on this, but I personally feel like they wake you and your system up to get you ready for the day. I'm sure we can all relate to this to a certain point, but if you're willing to wake up with the mindset of your working on your passion, and have a willingness to help others reach their goal then I feel like for me it's easy to not get tired.

Yes those are good too. Something I want to get when I am older is a cold plunge tub and a sauna. Great to have those at home.
