First HD workout done in 2026. I chose to do cardio and arm workouts from Bodyburn playlist. I am waiting to see of we get calendar to follow along. Once i have done a few workouts will try the one Hollys added for members. Anyone tried it yet?
Thanks for the tip. I didn’t open the app today and noticed the exercise on it after reading this message. Today was my total disaster indulge day, but the planner sparked my interest will jump on today’s exercise tomorrow :)
Hi, I am a mum of two gorgeous little girls and found Holly’s videos thru YouTube years ago after my first pregnancy. I signed up for the Ultraburn program and it helped me a lot with calorie counting. I stopped exercising with a high risk second pregnancy and only got back to it a year ago. I find it harder to shed the baby weight this time around as have a lot more busy life with two and now work and also have an umbilical hernia, which kind of gave me a huge obstacle when trying to get back to shape. Started to use my exercises on Hooked app again. Looking forward to being a member of this community.
