Hi, I just quit my job in San Francisco and moved to Baja California Sur, Mexico. I'm currently putting together a fitness, nutrition, and mindset program to help women 38+ in perimenopause get into the best shape of their lives. My challenge is that I have taken several years off from posting on social media due to overwhelm and "fear of being seen" but I want to start a marketing machine on social media prior to the launch and create massive momentum. I'm a solopreneur, so I don't have a lot of free time while I put together this course, so I really want to automate as much as possible in the meantime while I'm solo and hire my first 2 team members. I am starting from scratch, but I know my primary channel will be Instagram since that's where my audience mostly hangs out, plus I have ~9k following still there even after being MIA, then simply distribute to Facebook, and copy/paste to Youtube shorts and Tiktok for now. I'm hoping to really get some help setting this up and create some killer automations and SOPs.
