Omg, guys!!! Didn’t sleep well last night but still crushed this workout! I’m so proud — 50 lb glute bridges (2x2 tempo!!) x 28 reps!!!!! (Not all in a row but for that second ladder half! And that was at the end of the workout 🤯 Tomorrow is my mobility and flexibility and thank goodness cause I’ll need to rest a bit and stretch it all out. Looking forward to it!

Upper body dirty mofo
so you know I used all the weights because ladder = dirty mofo!! Plus a 5er core with Joel & a little chat on the mat about fasnachts and how there’s value both in having discipline to skip them AND in choosing to enjoy them - it all matters on your goals and current mindset. What matters most to me as your coach is that you’re happy and fulfilled and not torturing yourself on your journey! Steps are LOW today garound 6,090 only) but I skipped walking on my pad this morning. I did get up and do a 5 min walk after lunch and then 18 min walk later in the afternoon. So even though my step count is low I’m so proud of the fact that I got up and moved twice, especially cause I really didn’t want to and kept stalling! I can’t wait til it gets warmer so I can get outside to walk again. It’s so much more energizing for me and enjoyable, not a task I have to force. Anyone else feel the same??

Getting outside is SO much better and far easier to get steps in.
Monday - Lower + Core Bonus
Good morning and happy Monday! Only 2 weeks remain in February -- HOW are you feeling about the first 2? I personally can't believe I just started week 6 of this plan (I won't say "program" cause I'm not following one, I have been making my own plan)!!! It has been great to challenge myself, even on the hard days like today where I just feel a bit weak. I tacked on 5 minute slider core with Shantani Moore from the 5ers on BODi and WOOO!!!! I definitely recommend that one, I think I would love to add that on every day for the burn :) My plan for the rest of the day (since I'm off from work) is to make sure I'm getting enough movement throughout the day. My goal is at least 2 10 minute walks on my walking pad! (I do have appointments for me and Wesley so I don't have the whole day open and flexible so I'm trying to be realistic. Have a great Monday and awesome 3rd week of February! Can't wait to see some sweaty selfies!

I don’t know how we’re halfway through February…but I’m not sad about it. Closer to Spring! I love Shantani…I hope she gets more program time within Bodi
