Body Movement and Regular Body Training
Hi, just started calisthenics and was wondering what body movement I should start with (handstand, planche, muscle up?). I've been doing a small at home training everyday (flutter kicks 3x30 sec, reverse crunches 3x20, sit ups 3x15, Russian twists 3x12 on each side, push ups 4x10, and plank 3x1 minute) and was looking for feedback. Thanks!

handstand I would reccomend? and uh personally, if ur feeling it, amp up the numbers on ur workouts and start some pulling like pull ups, and stuff
injuries...
I recently broke my wristttt. 😅 and now I'm stuck with leg day and a bunch of sit ups and stuff. anyone exercise recommendations that don't involve my wrists?

Injuries
Any reason for intense pain in forearms and wrists? Happened after doing Fl and HSPU almost daily

@Itay K yeah... when the moves get harder and workouts get harder, stretching is so vital. I used to not stretch but then I tore my forearm ligament twice so I kinda gotta be careful know

Headstand to Handstand
Hello, I just recently unlocked the headstand (after 4 months which I am not so proud of), what progressions are there to reach the handstand and what is the required strength in terms of workouts if it is quantifiable?

well handstands r acc a core workout mainly. so use wall assisted, chest to wall, and wall walks. try to keep ur body is a hollow body hold position to engage your core. it'll make handstands easier
