@Alfred Michael actually, my buyer helped me close it! Lol He owned over 200 single family homes at that time. He and his atty handled most of the work, which, let’s be clear, a cash deal has very few moving parts. Are you open to learning a way to message sellers to get your first YES, then I take over from there? We’d split the deal after it closes.

This search term, according to Google and Yahoo? Has just surpassed the search volume from 2008. Can't Sell House We remember '08? HOW do we all not only benefit from this, but help the homeowners doing the search? I have a sneaky lil' idea, we ALL could use, BUT this place needs activity please?!?! COMMENT your thoughts👇

No matter the strategy👇 Post it FOR SALE (everywhere) 👉 Zillow 👉 Redfin 👉 Trulia 👉 and FB Marketplace. WAIT, not so fast Jay… because the property is scheduled for public auction w/in 30 days from now, Auction.com totally HIJACKS the listing! Zillow: “Sorry, this property is ALREADY listed for sale.” Say whaaaaaaaaa❓ Hijacking Exposed! EZ FIX: went to Auction dot com’s site, and Chatted with an agent and request they remove the listing and BINGO, auction removed in 48hrs.
