WAIT, not so fast Jay… because the property is scheduled for public auction w/in 30 days from now, Auction.com totally HIJACKS the listing! Zillow: “Sorry, this property is ALREADY listed for sale.” Say whaaaaaaaaa❓ Hijacking Exposed! EZ FIX: went to Auction dot com’s site, and Chatted with an agent and request they remove the listing and BINGO, auction removed in 48hrs.
