Great insight, Jay that spike says a lot about where the market is heading. From my perspective, this is a strong opportunity to focus on solutions, not just sales. Homeowners searching “can’t sell house” are usually dealing with urgency, confusion, or financial pressure so the approach has to be simple and helpful. A few ideas that could work well: • Position offers around flexibility (creative financing, lease options, or investor partnerships)• Target properties that have been sitting on the market or recently had price drops• Create simple content that explains real options sellers have not just “list it again”• Build a small buyers list so when a deal appears, it can move quickly I’ve been focusing on property sourcing and connecting opportunities with the right buyers, so this kind of shift in search behavior is definitely something I’m paying attention to. Curious to hear your idea as well feels like there’s a real chance here to both help sellers and create solid deals.

@Jay Kibbee Love it execution is everything here. I’ve been looking at ways to simplify the front end so leads don’t get lost or overwhelmed before they even understand their options. If it lines up with what you’re building, could be worth comparing approaches.
