2025 Release
Hello to all, I released 3 songs last year starting in August, then November & December. I'm working on a song I thought I would release in February but it's not ready yet. I've listened to many of your songs in this link module and as usual there is a bunch of good music coming out of mastering.com. You guys and girls have crazy skill and are only getting better. I thought I'd post a song or two and get your responses, good or bad just you honest opinions. We've got a whole new year to improve, and that's what I know we are all doing with a vengeance (improving).😊 Oh! and my new name with my new release is "Koko Static". Thought I'd start fresh with a new handle.😊 https://kokostatic.bandcamp.com/

@Vance Tenort Thanks Vance! My FB account is just a business account "shell" for advertising and promoting my songs. I use Instagram for the most part. Anyway, I sent you an email. Also, I have a total of 12 songs released (well, one is a remix, so technically 11 songs) and you can hear them anywhere you like to stream your music. My latest is called "I Can't Have You" and it's definitely an EDM-style song. Also, my last release before that was kind of a "love anthem" I wrote for my wife when we were dating, and it has all 3 of our kids singing on it! It's called "Fallin' for You." I released my song "What Is Wrong With Me?" in the late summer of last year, and it's a song I started writing in 1995 but finally finished 30 years later! I actually sing with my 30-year-younger self on that song, and I think I did a really good job of matching my two voices--I challenge people to try and identify which parts are me then and which parts are me now! It came out really great and I thought it was for sure going to be a big hit, but it just hasn't really gotten the love I think it deserves. However, my fans who do like it, REALLY love it! So I guess I at least hit the mark in some small way! Then there's "Party Boy" which is a very silly comedy/novelty song about a dog! Still makes me laugh when I hear it! I'm all over the map with my songs and their styles, not really being consistent to a single genre. I realize this could be a bit of liability, but I'd rather just release the songs I want to release than try to cater to a single style or genre. I hope you enjoy some of my other songs as much as I enjoy yours!
Sad News: This is Berlins last week as a mentor for us :(
Everyone knows that Berlin is an amazing mentor with a HUGE heart. She's a beacon of light for everyone who comes in contact with her. Losing her is no small thing and she will be SO missed! This will be her last week doing calls in our paid monthly membership program. :( However, we always want to support all our amazing mentors who get new opportunities! So, please join in with me in wishing Berlin good luck with the next phase! Let's celebrate her. Also, feel free to sign this "Farewell Card" for Berlin: https://www.kudoboard.com/boards/tJ72Lmi6 I personally want to thank @Berlin RedluX for her passion and care for all the students! She's been a great mentor and I'll miss her being around! I know she's going to be very successful at wherever the wind blows and ill be rooting for her! (**But as far as your education goes, don't worry, I'll announce an exciting new mentor for you next week for those of you in the membership program)

MIDI Drums
Hi All, I'm not a drummer. I've found loops and samples that I like for my genre but with time stretching and not being able to stem split my loops (older macbook), it takes a long time to program the drums from the loops into MIDI and then use the samples that I like. The loops are great for quick demo but not for the final production. If it was simply just replacing a kick that would be easy but I need to do all the cymbals and everything. Is there a way to speed this process up or a place that has great midi packs that I could use with my samples? Using Logic Pro.

Hey Phil, I'm really happy with Addictive Drums 2 from XLN Audio. I think they have a demo option or something like that to see if you like it? I don't remember, but I really like it a lot.
Trying to verify my membership
Hi all, is there a way I can tell what level/VIP-or-not of membership I have? I know I signed up for one or the other, I just can't remember which! I looked on my profile and didn't see anything there that would indicate it.

Been playing and singing for 45 years, I'm on a mission to release every song I've ever written, but I want them all to at least be radio ready!
