Stuck replaying the same thought over and over?
Overthinking is one of the trickiest patterns because it feels productive. We tell ourselves we’re preparing, planning, or being careful… but most of the time, it’s just the mind running the same story on repeat. The truth is, overthinking is a form of self-protection. Your brain thinks, “If I can just figure out the perfect solution, then I’ll finally feel safe to act.” But that day never comes, because the loop itself is the pattern. What it really does is keep us frozen. We stay in our heads instead of moving forward in real life. Here’s the disruption: catch yourself mid-loop and ask, “What’s the smallest step I can take right now?” Then do it. Action, even tiny action, interrupts the cycle in a way thinking never can. Every time you break the loop with action, you train your mind that safety doesn’t come from endless thinking, it comes from movement. What thought loop do you find yourself getting stuck in most often?

My life literally….
Ever been triggered… and realised it was a gift?
Most of us see triggers as bad. Something happens, we feel upset, and we just want it to stop. But the truth is, triggers are powerful teachers if we’re willing to listen. A trigger shows us where we still have work to do. It shines a light on the places inside us that need healing, balance, or compassion. This happened to me recently during a week of training. I was fully engaged and learning so much, then something landed and I felt completely triggered. My body went into reaction and I couldn’t think straight. In the past, I would have pushed through, ignored how I felt, or maybe even shut down completely. This time I did something different. I took a 90-minute break, got my body back into balance, and then rejoined the training refreshed. Instead of being derailed, I was able to face the issue with new energy and perspective. That moment taught me how far I’ve come. I can now recognise when I’m triggered, step away, and come back stronger. It was a reminder that triggers don’t have to control me, they can guide me to grow. What’s one trigger that has taught you something valuable?

It’s taught me to fight for myself and defend myself. To use my voice and it’s opened many doors in my healing
Still saying yes when you really want to say no?
People-pleasing is one of the hardest patterns to break. On the surface, it looks kind, but underneath, it often leaves us drained, resentful, and stuck living by someone else’s rules. The truth is, every “yes” you give when you don’t mean it is actually a “no” to yourself. And that pattern of self-abandonment keeps repeating until you disrupt it. The disruption doesn’t have to be dramatic. It could be as simple as saying, “Let me think about it” instead of an automatic yes. That pause alone creates space for change. What’s one thing you wish you had said no to this week?

Picking up an extra shift at work. I physically got ill and couldn’t even do it. My body is actually responding with illness right now because everytime I don’t trust the universe and people please my body physically reacts

What is Past Life Regression and How Can It Help You Break Patterns?
Many of us notice patterns in our lives that keep repeating, no matter how hard we try to change them. It could be relationships, self-worth, money, health, or confidence. On the surface, it looks like “bad luck” or “just the way life is.” But what if those patterns didn’t start in this lifetime? That’s where Past Life Regression (PLR) comes in. PLR is a therapeutic process where, under gentle guidance, you access memories or impressions from previous lifetimes. Whether you believe in reincarnation or see it as a powerful metaphor, the experience can reveal hidden causes of the struggles you face today. Here’s why it matters: - 1. Patterns carry forward Have you ever noticed the same challenges showing up again and again, even when you’ve tried to “fix” them? Past Life Regression helps us understand that these repeating struggles may not have started in this lifetime. They can be unresolved fears, traumas, or vows carried forward. For example, if you experienced betrayal in another lifetime, you may find it hard to fully trust people today. If you lived in scarcity, you might feel constant anxiety around money, no matter how much you have. PLR shines a light on these hidden threads so you can see the deeper story. - 2. Awareness creates choice Once you see the root of the pattern, you’re no longer a prisoner of it. Instead of wondering, “Why does this always happen to me?” you start to realise, “Oh, this is an old script, and I don’t have to play it anymore.” That awareness gives you back your power. When you understand the origin of your fears, doubts, or blocks, you gain the ability to choose a new way of thinking and behaving in the present. - 3. Healing creates freedomAwareness is powerful, but healing is where the true shift happens. In PLR, people often experience an emotional release or a deep sense of understanding that brings peace. They let go of the weight they’ve been carrying, sometimes for lifetimes. From that place, you’re free to design your life based on who you are now, not the wounds of the past. Imagine living with more clarity, confidence, and authenticity, no longer pulled back by invisible strings. That’s the gift of this work.

@Lorene Roberts oh wow this is amazing that your address this. I totally believe, I’m wondering myself. I have dejuvu often. I want to know my other lives. I’m completely alone on my spiritual journey. I’m very self aware but I just keep having narcissistic people flock to me. My mom was my first narcissist. She single handed ruined my life and I have to get past this shock and victim mentality. I’d love to do a past life regression
