Let’s Talk About Intentions - How They Actually Work
Yesterday’s intention session was beautiful, and I want to thank everyone who joined. The energy we created together was calm, focused and incredibly supportive. When a group comes together like that, something shifts. You can feel it, even if you can’t quite explain it. So thank you for showing up the way you did, it mattered. A lot of people ask me how intentions “work”, so let me break it down in a simple way. Intentions aren’t magic wishes and they’re not forced outcomes. They’re a clear energetic direction. When we set an intention, we’re choosing where we want our focus, our emotion and our attention to go. Most people drift through the day on autopilot, reacting to everything around them. But when you set an intention, you stop drifting. You choose. And that choice changes how you think, how you feel and how you behave. When a group sets an intention together, it amplifies. everything. It creates alignment, it supports healing and it helps everyone feel held, even if we’re all sitting in different homes across the country. You don’t have to understand the mechanics of it, you just have to notice how your body feels when we do it. That’s the proof. Yesterday, our collective intention brought calm, support and strength into a situation that has affected so many people emotionally and energetically. And with all of us focusing together, that intention was felt. 💛 Thank you for being part of it. Truly. And because so many of you have reached out saying how powerful it felt, we’ll be doing another intention session next Tuesday. If yesterday touched something in you or helped you feel steadier, come along again. Each time we do this, the energy gets clearer and the impact grows. I’ll share the details closer to the day.For now, just take a breath, notice how you feel and hold onto the calm we created. Big love to you all.

Lets have some fun.
I found this in another group and thought it was a lot of fun, so lets play today in Chat. Here are the instructions, once you have done it, post your pictures in the comments too so we can all see them. "Create an ultra-realistic 8K Christmas portrait using a 55mm lens with bright, playful holiday lighting. The woman is me and I am in a whimsical candy-cane themed photoshoot, surrounded by pink giant peppermint decorations, snowy ground, festive trees, and oversized ornaments. Use my real facial features exactly as they are — do NOT change or alter her face in any way. My makeup is festive glam — winged liner, warm eyeshadow, rosy cheeks, and a bold holiday soft pink lips. I'm wearing a sparkly teal & silver long-sleeve pants jumpsuit , fitted and shimmering with sequins. The back of the jumpsuit has a scoop-back cut, adding keeping the holiday sparkle. I'm is sitting on a white cube block, posing with one leg crossed over the other. My expression is playful and confident, smiling warmly toward the camera. In my hand, I hold a giant pink-and-white peppermint lollipop prop, resting it over her shoulder in a fun, candy-land pose. Around me is a fully decorated Christmas set: • Snowy ground with fluffy artificial snow • Christmas trees dusted with frost, decorated with pink ornaments and string lights • Oversized and canes framing whimsical beside her • A large shiny red Christmas ornament near my feet Lighting should be bright, clean, and festive, capturing the glimmer of the sequins and the pink candy-themed props. The colors are vibrant green, pinks, whites, and silvers, giving a magical North Pole holiday studio vibe."
Lets have some fun.
You’re probably spinning a hundred plates right now, trying to keep everyone happy.
Presents, food, family plans, emotions… it’s a lot. Maybe you’re worrying about spending too much, or not enough.Maybe you’re wondering what to buy people who already have everything.Or maybe you’re bracing yourself for that family catch-up where everyone ends up on their phones. Here’s the truth… the holidays don’t have to be perfect to feel good.Trying to make everything flawless is usually the quickest way to drain your joy. So take a moment just for you, breathe, slow down, and actually enjoy the bits that matter.Connection, laughter, presence… that’s the real magic. Merry Christmas, lovely. Take the time to celebrate in whatever way feels right for you. 🎄✨
