Service recommendation
I am making an bot for an salon, and it has an get recommendation part, in which user ask question and get answer by AI for the services he shall i get now the client wants me to also showcase the picture of the services with the ai recommendation. I am using Voiceflow and dont know how to show the picture

@Aditya Kumar This generally happens when the information you've asked for isn't present in the Knowledge base.

@Aditya Kumar, are you using the free version of Voiceflow? If yes, the problem might be that your free trial is completed and you can't use some LLM models in AI steps and Knowledge base, please go to the knowledge base and change the llm model to GPT-3.5-turbo
Vapi Not responding to me
Does anyone know why my Vapi assistant does not respond to anything I say unless I repeat myself? It starts the first message, I reply, and nothing. Unless I repeat myself. Is this a prompt issue or a settings issue?

@Nathanael Elmore, generally after the first message, it waits for the user's response to the first message. If you want the vapi assistant to reply even if the user doesn't reply you can prompt it to like that.

@Mohammad Arham Ansari, I'm familiar with using Knowledge base API with voiceflow and also made an email assistant that answers emails from the Voiceflow's knowledge base. I saw your video, everything was perfect, except the name of the model that you've entered. In the model name copy and paste this one: 'claude-3-haiku' At the top of the page where you've tried the api, you can see all the available models, and you should only use that names to access that LLM model. The keys used in APIs are case sensitive.
Trouble with Webhook response
Hi guys, I've been building Ai Callers for the past five months, and I used webhook response many times with the functions, But recently while using tools, the vapi assistant always tells me that it didn't receive any response from the function. I can't understand why this is happening. If anyone, who is familiar with Webhook responses with tools in Vapi, Please address my problem, and suggest what to do. @Mohammad Arham Ansari, Thankyou Mohammad. The problem was solved. But, I didn't use the API key of make.com, I just used the webhook URL in the tool trigger section, for tools it's a bit different while using functions, we also need to specify the tool ID, so the webhook response can get the tool address. I the past when we used functions, we used to have a secret code for identifying the function.
Make Issues Voice AI Assistant
I am trying to follow along Brendan's tutorial for the "How To Get Clients with AI Phone Callers" video (https://youtu.be/sGF_-7pDcXA?si=pC_97FdZ_uAxqXYf). There is a short section on how to handle the Make.com scenario. I am new to working with Make, so I tried importing the scenario from the resources hub, but this did not work as I get a 403 error when I do that. To fix this issue I tried adding the Search Rows from the Google Sheets module myself and input the same parameters as I saw in the video but for the "Text operators: Equal to" - section, I do not know how to get it similarly to how Brendan has it. I have added two screenshots of what my current module looks like and how the module looks like in Brendan's video. Any one know how to get it fixed? Appreciate any help!

Hi @Yannick Segaar , to get the "Text Operators: Equal to", you have to click on the dotted line between the two modules, 'cause "Text Operators: Equal to" is a filter. Just click on the dotted line between any two modules, you'll get that.
