Trouble with Webhook response

Hi guys, I've been building Ai Callers for the past five months, and I used webhook response many times with the functions, But recently while using tools, the vapi assistant always tells me that it didn't receive any response from the function. I can't understand why this is happening.

If anyone, who is familiar with Webhook responses with tools in Vapi, Please address my problem, and suggest what to do. You can comment here or you can DM me.
