Class Notes: Mental Mastery
Topic: Rewire your brain and train your subconscious mind Todayโs class made me reflect on my thoughts and identity. I learned that what we think again and again becomes part of us. Thatโs why journaling and being mindful of thoughts is important. I realized I need to choose my thoughts more carefully instead of letting them run on autopilot. Repetition matters, with mind, heart, and words. When we think good, feel it, and say it, it slowly rewires our mind. Good thoughts bring good results, negative ones do the opposite. The idea of Extreme Ownership really hit me. Taking 100% responsibility, no blaming, no excusess, trusting Allah and then doing our part. Deep focus is a blessing. When I work with focus and less distraction, things become easier and clearer. A line from "Revive Your Heart" by Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan stayed with me: "we canโt justify our actions by our past or by people who hurt us." Islam teaches responsibility with accountability and that really connects with todayโs lesson. Reminder for myself: Speak good, think good, and trust Allah. The rest will follow, InshaAllah.
