I finished the 75 Hard Challenge today!! 💪 It was one of the hardest and best ways I could have spent my time. Those 75 days were going to pass anyway, and I’m so glad I chose to use them to improve my physical and mental health. That growth has carried over into my family life and my relationship in the best way. I kept this journey pretty quiet and only shared it with a few people but now I’m really proud to say I did it.

@Lara Pettit no voting, a panel of judges will compare the nominations and we should hear back in a couple of weeks. Regardless of the outcome, being nominated multiple times by respected community leaders is incredibly meaningful. I am still in shock.

Which Bad Habit do you want break?
Happy Sunday Ladies!! I have been struggling to sometimes just start important tasks. In the middle of needing to do so many things to move to another state (next week), I have been finding myself mindlessly scrolling through my phone. As the self-titled Procrastinator Queen, I wanted to see if anyone of you have a bad habit, that they are trying to get rid of!! Bad habits can keep us of doing things that are really important and keep us behind in our goals! So let’s start by sharing our bad habit first and then we can discuss on which steps we will take to break it!

I’m working on a better relationship with alcohol. One glass of wine is just as fine as nine but sometimes I have a hard time remembering that 💀. Currently taking a break to reset and let my body do some recovery. Day 18 of sobriety. Taking it one day of a time.
