✨ Sunday Shift Day ✨ week of Sept 28
✨ Sunday Shift Day ✨ Today’s the day 🙌 I’m so excited to see so many new faces here, welcome. Here’s your invitation: **just show up.** You don’t need to have the “perfect” plan or do the full Sunday Shift routine. All I want you to do today is: 👉 Post ONE focus or intention for the week ahead. Think of it in the broadest sense of wellness, whatever will *move the dial* for you right now. Examples: - Nervous system (stress, sleep, calm) - Movement (walking, lifting, yoga, dancing, whatever feels good) - Fuel (food, hydration, energy) - Relationships (connection, boundaries, joy) Pick **one word, one GIF, one micro-commitment.** Keep it simple. ✨ If you’re a little further along in your goal-setting journey, watch my video where I show you how to use AI to get extra clarity. It’s a game-changer for refining your goals. Remember, we’re not just repeating steps. We’re co-creating this process together. This is about accountability, not just more information. Here’s the pulse of it: ✅ You show up for yourself. ✅ You cheer others on. ✅ You feel the momentum build week after week. You came here for accountability. That doesn’t look like hiding. That looks like showing up and posting. In my own Sunday Shift today I’m also sharing a big vulnerable aha moment. Curious if you relate. So here’s your Sunday challenge: 1️⃣ Post your Sunday Shift. 2️⃣ Cheer at least 3 other posts. And yes, I’ll share my own Sunday Shift below 👇 For the full Sunday Shift Classroom Details check it out here: https://www.skool.com/shift-society/classroom/a5101f98?md=43a0d9f21727424bad9528282d86eeae

@Mélanie DesChâtelets Thanks for showing me where!! My goals are related to movement and weight training. Good = 8,000 steps per day Better = 10,000 steps per day + weight training 1-2x per week Best = 15,000 steps (I did this yesterday!) + weights 2-3x per week Lately, I’ve been loving the Nike run app and tend to do 20-35 mins of weight training (even at-home: free weights or calisthenics) + MaddFit on YouTube is a go-to!!

Thanks, Mel— I’m feeling more informed about how to manage bloodwork after seeing your PCOS Lab Checklist + walk through. My name is Rachel and I’m joining from Canada. 🇨🇦 One thing I’m hoping to shift with my wellness is to better understand hormones and related changes in the “back half” of the lifespan. There is so much I enjoy that I can’t separate from contributing to health 😌: spending time with family, friends, being active (preferably in nature), a good meal, a good song, a new site to see, learning and being involved in my community. My current favourite pump up jam is “Don’t Start Now” by Dua Lipa.
