How to Use Claude Code for FREE
Hey Academy, For support join the AI Architects. The $200 subscriptions and API fees make it hard to get started with AI coding—so I built a solution that runs Claude Code 100% free on your computer using local models. In this video I'll walk you through a live demo of the full setup: free local models through Ollama, budget-friendly alternatives like DeepSeek and MiniMax, and a flexible interface that supports multiple coding agents including Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and OpenAI Codex. You'll see how to switch between chat mode and interactive mode, configure any LLM provider you want, and use the complete development environment with a built-in editor and shell. I'll also walk through the entire installation step by step so you can get up and running today—whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced developer looking to cut costs.

Sell Without Pretending: The Key to Long-Term Success
One of the most important things any professional can do is properly sell their skills to the marketplace—without lying. In the online marketing space, it’s common for people to present themselves as experts in selling expertise, growth, and transformation. The problem? Selling these things is often easier than actually delivering on them. Playing above your level may seem like a shortcut to success, but it comes with serious consequences. Not only does it damage your credibility, but it also stunts your growth. When you constantly tell yourself and others that you are something you’re not, you may start believing it. The danger is that instead of actually building your skills, you spend more time talking about them than putting them into practice. This creates a cycle where you never place yourself in situations that truly challenge you to deliver at a high level. As a result, your actual skills remain stagnant while your marketing shines. The disconnect between what you promise and what you can execute leads to mediocre results, disappointed customers, and an unsustainable business. The professionals who genuinely help others grow are those who are constantly growing themselves. They don’t fall into the trap of self-deception. Instead of claiming expertise they haven’t earned, they actively push their limits, refine their abilities, and improve their craft. This continuous evolution allows them to provide real value to their clients—not just flashy promises. This is also why many struggle to retain customers. When the initial excitement of a sales pitch fades, what remains is the actual service being delivered. If it’s subpar or even just mediocre, clients will eventually move on. The key to long-term success isn’t just great marketing—it’s aligning your sales message with real, tangible expertise. Growth doesn’t come from pretending. It comes from putting yourself in situations where you are forced to get better. When your skills and your marketing are in sync, your reputation, results, and business will grow in a way that is both sustainable and fulfilling.

đź’° Modern Business Wisdom From My 84 Year Old Father
I was chatting with my Dad last night and he made the most interesting (and correct) observation. "When I was in business, it was like getting into a competitive landscape." "It was everyman for himself, fighting for clients. Working against your competition." "Now business is all about helping as many people as you can." "The one who wins is the person who helped the most people." It's true. He's retired now, but he can see it too. Can you? You never need to worry about your competition. In fact you should help them win too. You never need to worry about them. You never need to look at them at all. You don't need to study their products, their messaging. It's wasted time that you could be impacting the world. You just need to help the people you can, without holding back. You only need to study your audience and what they want. Give, give, give, give. Focus on who you can help, potential clients, everyone, even the competition. That makes you the leader in the space. If you look at the competition, you're behind them, you'll hold back, you'll withhold, you'll fall behind! Instead, let them copy you, let them follow you! Innovate faster by opening up and being free with your knowledge. Move at light speed! It's OK if they copy you, word for word, what better confirmation that you're on the right track? Sometimes people DM me, "Stephen, I saw [INSERT PERSON HERE] copy your video almost word for word". I appreciate them looking out for me, I do. (thank you for letting me know) But I don't care. "Good" I think, I put it out there to help people anyway. Not just my potential clients, everyone! So I know it's working, and I've copied people too. I'm not sure humans were meant to copyright everything they touch or create. It holds us all back. Deep inside, I know I'm leading the pack. Just help as many people as you can as fast you can. Everything else will fall into place. It takes a deep faith in your own ability and insight. But it's the way modern business is done.

Any chance this can be duplicated in Zapier (not the biggest Make fan)
Long form is the way
You can be hooked on tiktoks and reels all you want thinking that's your path to freedom but the king of content is and always has been and will be long form. Whether it's YouTube videos, an Email, Blog posts, Audio only podcasts...it doesn't matter. Bite-size pieces of content are great for building awareness but they're TERRIBLE for building real relationships.Disregard this advice at your own peril. This is again just a testament to my whole philosophy behind marketing and branding. People need a means to connecting with you and building a relationship with you. People need a reason to trust and like you so that they buy from you and come see your shows and come to your launch parties and support you. Like REALLY support you. You can't do that with 30 second tiktoks and 100 character tweets being your entire strategy. I use the word "ecosystem" for a reason. Without a way to keep in touch and share more about who you are and why you do what you do, you'll always fall behind the the next cheapest option or the next biggest hype. Want to charge more for your services? Build better relationships Want to sell out more venues? Build better relationships Want to get genuine feedback from your audience? Build better relationships You do it with LONG-FORM content.

Love this! And thank you for re-affirming what I've been internally feeling. I think many people sway away from long-form because they don't like the "long-game" which is unfortunately the negative rep that long-form content gets. To me, it's totally worth it and has the most important ingredient when building an audience, which is allowing them to trust you. And when you build an audience and a community that loves you - honey, you'll never go broke no matter how you pivot, change and adjust.
