Where's your favourite place to do calisthenics?
If you want, tell me what place is the best to train at and why! Recently I just got a pull up bar, so luckily I can just save time and train from home.

How Many Push Ups Can You Do?
Just curious how much PU's can you guys do in a row without getting out of a push up stance? Pushups are one of the most foundational bodyweight exercises that helps gain strength to perform exercises like Dips, One-Arm Pushups, Handstand Pushups and more. So if you make progress with push-up progressions or reps it can help transfer strength across the board even if it's miniscule.

How to get your first pull-up!
It comes down to these 2 main exercises: Pull Up Hold Isometrics and Pull Up Negatives. I would add assisted band pull ups but most people might not have access to them including me. Pull Up Hold Isometrics- is when you pause at the top of the rep/pull up near the bar and try hold that position for as many seconds as you can. This movement helps with the static portion of the movement which is the 2nd 'hardest' phase of an exercise. This should also help with stability. To do this movement just jump to the top of the bar or get a chair/box to help assist you. Pull Up Negatives- is where you slowly lower yourself from the top of the bar to the bottom while controlling this movement slowly. This exercise helps with the eccentric portion of the movement which is the 'hardest' phase of an exercise. By being able to train this movement it should help gather strength to do the concentric part of the pull up. I can assure you these 2 exercises AND Daemon's course on Pull Up's are the ONLY ones you need. I managed to go from no pull ups to 10 pull ups in a row. Important Note: There is very important and correct form you need to do these exercises with so make sure you search them on youtube and use caliversity's videos on them.
