How I Hired a Skilled Virtual Assistant in 12 Days
As promised I just dropped a new video breaking down exactly how I found and hired a skilled Virtual Assistant to help with service delivery in my agency – all within just 12 days! 🎥CHECK IT OUT HERE🎥 I'm not a recruiting agency and by no means a hiring expert but this is a complete insight on the process I used to hire someone in a short amount of time. If you're ready to bring on a VA who’s the perfect fit for your agency, this is the guide you need. Inside the video, I cover: ✅The job post I used ✅My 5 Step Hiring Process ✅My Screening interview script ✅How I use test projects to filter candidates Let me know if you find any success following my process and different things you might improve to make it even better Also let me know if you’ve got any questions – happy to help! 🚀

@Leo Fluxomate @Leo Fluxomate This video provided great insights into the hiring process from start to finish. It would be even more valuable if you could cover topics like Employee Onboarding, Training Systems, Task Tracking, and Overall Team Management (+ KPIs) in future videos. Looking forward to more content!
What's the point???
I was on a call with an agency owner last week breaking down their agency for an audit and my heart dropped when they told me they weren't communicating the work they were doing to clients.... Imagine if you paid some guys online to build you a house. Would you feel safer in your investment if you could look out your window every day and see the progress OR if you had no real clue about anything that was happening to the construction? This is the exact thing most agency owners are doing and it doesn't make any sense. If you are completing any sort of work for your clients whether that's improving copy, touching up landing pages, recording ads whatever it may be COMMUNICATE WITH THEM They will feel more secure in your service and actually feel like their money is going somewhere because they can actually see you working hard.... If you want more info on this concept check out the Progress Principle.

Consistent communication is one of the most effective ways to enhance the client experience. Here’s what I’ve started doing: Twice a week (on Tuesdays and Fridays), I send my clients a project progress email. This email includes the following sections: - Progress So Far: A summary of completed tasks. - Next Steps: Upcoming tasks and milestones. - Action Items/Blockers: Any required inputs or issues needing resolution from their side. - Next Update Date: When they can expect the next update. It takes me just 5 minutes (thanks to email templates) to write and send these emails, but the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Additionally, I share quick daily updates (1-2 minutes) highlighting small progress points, blockers, or action items. This keeps clients engaged and ensures they feel involved in the journey. These consistent touchpoints foster a sense of collaboration and greatly enhance their experience.
