Hey everyone! Just joined this awesome community 🙌I’m here to learn, connect and grow with other investors. Quick question to spark a convo: If you could give one piece of advice to someone trying to scale from 1 to 10 deals a year, what would it be? Let’s help each other level up 💪

Commenting for a bump. I'd love to hear what more seasoned agents would recommend!
The Real Key To Growth
Success in business doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from consistent action, clear strategies, and the discipline to show up even when it feels tough. Marketing works the same way—the more consistent your message, the stronger your brand becomes. So, here’s my question: Where in your business do you need the most consistency right now—marketing, sales, or customer service?

@Luckson Dambo Interesting! How would you go about getting numbers for cold calling? Where do you find motivated sellers who don't already have representation? Zillow/Redfin?

Open houses don’t sell homes… they just help agents get new leads. 😬 Agree or disagree? 👀 👉 Drop your honest take below 👇

I can see that. Open houses are a great way to show people how we work and what we'll do for them if they work with us, even if they don't buy that specific home. With that in mind, the trick would be to make sure to grab people's info at every open house, and have a plan to follow up with them just like we would with leads from other sources.

PJ here from Sunny San Diego, California! As for my superpower? Consuming copious amounts of caffeine and still being able to sleep well at night 😂 On a more serious note, I'd say learning to leverage my shortcomings (procrastination, ADD, love of comfort/leisure) to learn how to build habits and systems to keep me moving toward my goals. That superpower has made work a whole lot easier than it used to be, and I produce way more today in less than half the time it took me when I first started working, which is not something I would've called while I was in college 😅
