#MetricsMonday Feb 2 - 53% of requests declined!
It's that time of the week when I share the numbers with you. The only reason I do this is because some of the members early on asked for it, and since the group is about visibility, I thought it made sense! # Members Total: 1286 (+45) #Premium Members: 207 (+4) Percentage of members who are premium: 16.1% (-0.3%) Conversion Rate: 22.8% (-3.5%) Ranking in Money: #24 (-3) Ranking Overall: #87 (-8) Highest Activity Day: 1570 (-1704) Lowest Activity Day: 469 (-380) The Context: Last week was a week in between challenges, and as expected, it was quieter. This is totally okay. A community goes through ebbs and flows, and it's no need to panic. It's kind of like how some weight-loss coaches will tell you not to weigh yourself every day because the scale is going to go up and down. What you want to do is track trends over time...😊 An interesting this I did this week was track how many membership requests I was declining. I did this for a period of four days and found that, on average, I am only accepting 47% of the membership requests. More surprising, only a small percentage of these are flagged as spammers. There are a lot of people who do not have active Skool communities who are requesting to join the community, so every time I get a little down about growing more slowly than similar communities, I have to remind myself that we could be growing a lot faster, but I have consciously chosen to keep the group focused, and I think the payoff in terms of quality is more than worth it. I hope you think so too! 😉 This week, we are focusing on the Classroom Ads Challenge, and I really hope to see you participate. My (secret) goal is to have at least 100 of you represented there, but I would be ecstatic if it were even more!!! You also might want to check out the pinned post in the community that outlines all the benefits of becoming a premium member for only $3!!! Let me know any feedback you have. I'm all ears! 😊

Careful with the DMs, please
Just a reminder that soliciting members in any way through the DMs is strictly prohibited in this group. The entire point of this group is to promote yourself and share your links while building genuine connections. If someone wants more information, they will reach out to you. You can DM people to ask about THEIR communities or if they have invited you to message them. Soliciting in the DMs is grounds for removal from the group. If someone DMs you inappropriately, please let me know. Thanks! If people think this group is spammy, they will leave, and that hurts us all. 😊

Flipping the Switch on Self Promotion
Everyone is promoting their communities. Every one can spring up a community. After all its $9 But Its a different topic when you add soul in what you are building. Today i want to celebrate a few women who are building communities from their soul. @Terriane Palmer-Peacock - She builds the super cautious switch : Most people are stuck in a loop: trying harder, pushing more, fixing what's "wrong." You know what you want - but there's a gap between knowing & doing ..She takes people from knowing to doing. @Lauren Kinghorn - Self Re - invention with in ease, joy & flow .Pure soul with great methodologies. @Tania Fox - Creator of Rebels without a niche. Multipassionate? Multipotentialite? Multihyphenate? She helps them Nail their niche of one. @Chanie Twersky -Creator of peak parenting .A space for cautious parenting. @Jacqueline Hollows- Creator of the profitable Change maker - For those who want to Turn their Passion Into Sustainable Income. For passion-driven coaches, helpers, and social entrepreneurs who want to thrive not just survive. @Lauren Green -Creator of Power and Purity For Christian women who want to deepen their faith, walk confidently in their identity, and build strong relationships and marriages. @Caroline Murrey -Creator of Rebel mums Community. An online space for real conversations with women who get it. Her belief is that you do not have to do motherhood alone.

Am I crazy?
I might be crazy for doing this… I will absolutely lose money on it 🤣 But I’m determined to help more women burn fat, build muscle, and raise the bar. (literally) 🏋️ One of the reasons I built PhatKat Fitness is to remove friction... the little things that keep capable women stuck in the “I’ll start soon” or worse "I'll start again soon" loop. And one of the biggest ones I see with strength training? Hip thrusts hurting so bad people skip them altogether. If you’ve ever: • avoided hip thrusts because the bar hurts • stacked yoga mats like a raccoon building a nest • or said “I’ll start lifting when I get the right gear…” ✨ This is part of how I help my members overcome these obstacles: Inside PhatKat Fitness, I’m offering members access to my hip thrust pad for $10 flat-rate shipping only. Normally $49.95 on Amazon. No catch. No weird upsell. It’s simply a member perk I’m using to lower the friction so women actually optimize the workouts they commit to. If strength training has been “on your list” but resistance keeps winning… this is just one of the ways our space helps members close that gap. How it works 👇 1️⃣ Join PhatKat Fitness (ladies only) 2️⃣ Grab the one-time classroom access 3️⃣ Fill out the 1-minute Google form ✨You'll also have access to our free 1 week sugar challenge and a free, quick 1;1 "Kat Call" with me, coach Kat! Questions? Happy to answer 💚

@Jake Hill exactly, I implement other unilateral exercises for glute/leg days, just prefer a HT over single leg HT. Best is to have a balance of all styles because it provides a well rounded approach to strength training. isometric exercises like wall sits are totally a part of the spice of fitness life! or something like that lol
