With us being halfway through January, and it is usually the most 'depressing' of months. What ways do you keep yourself happy when you are by yourself? I'll start! Obviously, my Gym training is my main one. It takes my mind off life outside of the gym, and keeps me grounded towards my fitness goals. Another thing I've been doing lately is playing old Video Game playlists from the 90s-early 2000s in the background when I'm doing cooking/chilling or whatever. I've really gotten into City Pop 80-90s AI overlays of Pokemon themes! What are yours?
