The Secret to Success...
The old phrase, "knowledge is power" is an incomplete statement. The truth is that getting knowledge will empower you to start making moves, but the next big component that people leave out is that you have to keep refining and sharpening along the way. Every single time I execute a new contract, I learned far more than what I watched on YouTube or other Zoom calls. Every single time I brought up a conversation topic that I was getting stuck on and got the right feedback, I leveled up far quicker. So don't let yourself be fooled that watching another video is the secret sauce. What you really need is the action and feedback. Keep coming to the Saturday calls and tell me where you're getting stuck. You can also join my Friday DailyDial if you are a member of subto.

Love the idea of just taking action in the face of fear of the not yet having all the info, taking it on faith and just doing it! Reminds me of Brian Tracy who's advice to all new sales pro's: "make the first 100 calls not caring at all about the outcome." Detach from the outcome, take notes on what went well and what can be improved for next time, but make the calls = bottom line.
December is the Month for POWER
While everyone else has their focus on Christmas, you can stand out in the crowd. I'm telling you, more opportunities show up at this time because everyone else is sleeping. Hey Jeff, Yes! Hit the gas peddle not the brakes just like Santa Clause himself. I am ramping up my daily sales calls that include primarily probate deals around both Orlando, and Miami Dade in Florida. 2) Finishing up Allied Development's land acquisition course, and looking for land in the same areas. A business mentor of mine who shared the land acquisition course is asking me to find him 20 acres of land in either Northern Arizona, or DFW so he can build tiny home parks.
Train, Don’t Chase
Most people chase deals. Closers train for them. The difference? Chasing = reacting. Training = preparing. When you’re chasing, every “no” feels personal. When you’re training, every “no” becomes practice. You don’t need more luck — you need more reps with purpose. So today, don’t chase the next deal. Train for the next opportunity. Pushback on sellers who say, “we are not selling / no longer selling / keeping the prop.” I will train to make absolutely sure via targeted follow up questions that this is actually the case so I don’t leave deals on the table
