What kind of conversation should you have to create a good bond with the customer?
Hello everyone, My name is Paulo, I’m from Brazil and I’m a barber for almost 10 years. For the last 5 years I’m living in Portugal. Most of the clients of the shop that I’ve been working in the last 2 years it’s walking clients. I’ve been struggling to building my regular clientele. And I know that a part of that struggle it’s based in the lost the “ability” of the “small talk” during the service. I wanted to know what type of conversation you use and think it’s very effective to make a good bond with the clientele.

We covered key techniques, including Mastering the 30-Minute Service and the Four-Step #1 Guard Cutting Technique, helping barbers refine their efficiency and precision behind the chair. But it didn’t stop there—we also dove into business strategies, marketing, and mastering social media to help you build and scale your brand. For those who missed it, I’ll be posting the full video soon, so stay tuned! More Look & Learn sessions are coming, covering everything from advanced cutting techniques to business growth and client retention. Let’s keep leveling up together! 💈🔥

With the time difference, it's difficult to follow the lives, but if the next one happens to be on my day off, I'll definitely be on it!
