A turning point for me 20 years ago when I started my struggling Salsa dance class, was when I attended a local business bureau meeting. The lead female speaker said this: 'Make the marketing of your business your number one business. So if you're a dance teacher, make the marketing of your dance classes your number one business'. It was like she was speaking to me. Also, learn a few marketing strategies, like the ones taught in this group, and execute on them consistently over a long period of time. Strategy + Consistency and persistence is everything.

How many trials do you have booked?

We get between 5 and 10 booked 'first class free' classes a week to our Salsa class here is the UK. 90% show up rate. All organic. We then offer these new guests a 6 week 'Fast Track Pack' at a discounted rate (6 sessions for the price of 4, with other bonuses). This 'second offer' has been a game changer for us, 50% uptake. Once the 6 weeks are up we invite them to our monthly subscription membership. 75% uptake.
