Start this buisness with me
Hey everyone — I’m looking for someone technical who wants to help me build an AI voice agent business using Vapi and Make.com because I’m dead serious about getting this off the ground and I know there’s real money in this. I’m Owais Hobbi, I’m an entrepreneur always chasing what’s next and not afraid to put in the hours, right now I run an Amazon FBA business, it doesn’t take up all my time but it’s taught me a ton about sourcing, logistics, branding, marketing, figuring out numbers and how to run stuff end-to-end, before that I was in gym sales and hit #1 nationwide at UFC FIT so I know how to hustle, talk to people, close deals, and I’m just the kind of person who learns fast and keeps going till I crack the problem. Since my FBA business doesn’t eat up all my time, I’m putting everything I’ve got into launching this AI voice agent service that answers phones and books appointments for service businesses, and I’m not trying to act like it’s some fancy futuristic invention, I just know there’s a massive gap because in my state alone I can count hundreds of businesses that could use this right now and basically nobody’s using AI for phone calls here yet, it’s wide open and I want to be first before someone else steps in and takes it. I’m handling all the business side — sales, marketing, talking to clients, branding, content, ops, the whole thing — but what I need is someone technical who can actually build the voice agent. So if you know how to work with Make.com (formerly Integromat), can integrate Vapi or similar voice AI stuff, are comfortable connecting APIs and stitching systems together, and you’re hungry as hell to build something real that solves a real problem and can blow up fast, then hit me up because equity’s on the table for the right person and I’m not looking for someone who just wants a side gig, I’m looking for someone who wants to build a real business with me. (anddd maybe we could start a course after 😂)

problem was solved i apreciate it habibi JAK. What are you trying to achieve in the voice AI space?
Is this a good stratagy to scale? (Voice AI)
I'm launching my AI voice assistant business by starting with cold calls to land my first client. My pricing model is: - $2,000–$2,500 upfront setup fee - $250/month ongoing subscription (with overage charges based on call minutes) Once I close that first client, I’ll reinvest 100% of the upfront payment into paid ads (primarily Facebook and Instagram) to scale quickly and acquire more clients. I personally believe TikTok ads aren't ideal for this type of B2B service — they have reach, but not necessarily the buying intent. That said, I'm open to being proven wrong if there’s a solid strategy behind it. For the first 15–20 clients, I won’t pocket any of the upfront setup fees. Instead, I’ll use them to fuel ad campaigns, while retaining the monthly recurring revenue for myself. To scale, I’ll raise the upfront price every 3 clients, which allows me to reinvest more into paid traffic while increasing perceived value. Why this model works: - No need for startup capital - Bootstrapped growth loop: cold call → close → reinvest → repeat - Scalable pricing and compounding monthly income - Smart cash flow strategy: survive on MRR while scaling with upfront payments LMK what you think, if its a good stratagy or not. 👍

thank you grant! really helpfull. just a couple questions. when you said "Run those as retargeting ads so prospects see proof before the sales call." how will I be able to show proof in the ads? And absolutly love the refferal idea, what type incentive is best to real in the refferals? a simple discount? a trial?
Want Help to Locate Credentialled in Cal.com
I’m trying to use the /calendars/busy-times endpoint from the Cal.com API to fetch busy slots for my connected calendar. However, I’m running into an issue where I’m not sure how to find my credentialId. I attempted to use a credentialId (417845) I found in an example, but I received the following error: 401 Unauthorized: These credentials do not belong to you Here’s a screenshot of the error message for reference:📎 (Attach your screenshot) My calendar is linked to the email: amirjahfar@gmail.com, and I’ve already connected my Google Calendar in the Cal.com dashboard. Can someone please guide me on where I can find the correct credentialId for my own account, or how I can retrieve it via API? Thanks in advance for your help! —Amir
