This includes troubleshooting issues, guiding users on best practices, resolving system errors, and ensuring that teams can work efficiently within the platform. C โ Configuration Administrators configure Salesforce to meet business needs without code. This involves setting up objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, automation tools, and other platform features to optimise processes and improve user experience. R โ Reporting & Analytics A key responsibility is creating and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights. Administrators help stakeholders interpret data, monitor performance, and make informed decisions based on accurate, realโtime information. U โ User and Access Management (Account Provisioning) Salesforce Administrators manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access levels. They ensure that each user has the right level of access to perform their duties while maintaining system integrity and data security.
