Great question, Javen. In my experience, the biggest complexity tax is Manual Fulfillment disguised as a process. People build a genius framework on a slide but have no invisible architecture to handle the actual delivery. They end up paying that tax with their own time and becoming the support staff for their own business instead of the Architect. It’s the fastest way to hit a hard ceiling right when you should be scaling.

Exactly, Gabriela. Most scaling failures aren't persuasion problems; they are structural. When human effort is the only thing holding the framework together, you haven't built an architecture; you’ve just built a very expensive job. Since you’ve been in the game since 2007, you know the biggest risk is 'Human Glue', where the system only works for you because you’re there to manually fix the gaps. ​Selling to others means your infrastructure has to be 'idiot-proof' and autonomous.
