Does Hyoid training for your jawline work?
Ive seen so many vids on tiktok about training your hyoid but i dont know if it actually works since k shami and sam never talked about it

1. Consume liquid calories, heres a recipe 1 BANANA, 40 gram oats, 20ml olive oil, 2 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 or 2 scoops of protein powder, 300ML milk 2. Consume lots of water after your meals to expand your stomach and stretch it so you can eat more food (be safe when doing this doing chug a whole liter lol) 3. eat as much healthy food as possible but if you cant try its fine 4. have snacks throughout the day like almonds which have lots of calories 5. be consistent, if you bulk for 2 days then miss 4 days your not gonna gain wieght, you have to hit your calorie surplus every single day goodluck broski💪
