Happy Monday!
Last week flew by, but I’m grateful for everything I got done. With the cooler weather rolling in, all I want is a cozy blanket yet I’m also feeling inspired to keep creating and working on fun little projects. Turkey Class
Here is the turkey class video finally. Luckily it is in time for Turkey Day!!! There are pictures at the end to show you how the different preparations turned out. (sorry no video for that part). I didn't share the confit with anyone. It was delicious!

For me i'll just do the home cookings Ans also my granny, she coming for the weekend so i'm going to prepare pounded yam with a delicious soup😊.

Happy Monday my people! For this week I'm thinking about making small choices that add up to big impact. I always tell my clients that if they are going to have snacks to measure them out first, then put the bag away. That's all you get. That way, you consume (and enjoy) your pre-planned snack AND it doesn't break the calorie bank for the day. That's a win. So, I'm going to stop sitting down with a bag of macadamia nuts and I'm going to put my 3 oz in a bowl first. No more mindless eating. That's your thought for the week. How can you put that into practice?

Sure! Here’s a shorter version: Happy Monday! Love the idea of measuring snacks to avoid mindless eating I’m going to try that too. For me, planning snacks ahead and keeping extras out of sight helps a lot. How do you stay consistent with it? Thanks for the great tip!
