Happy Monday my people! For this week I'm thinking about making small choices that add up to big impact. I always tell my clients that if they are going to have snacks to measure them out first, then put the bag away. That's all you get. That way, you consume (and enjoy) your pre-planned snack AND it doesn't break the calorie bank for the day. That's a win. So, I'm going to stop sitting down with a bag of macadamia nuts and I'm going to put my 3 oz in a bowl first. No more mindless eating. That's your thought for the week.
