WLC start 11/08
Re-posted here so I can find it every time. Exercises will be Prometheus, that's a 6 week training program. Also steps to 8,500 steps per day, or 30 US miles per week. Starting at (U.S. measurements), weight 168.2 lbs. (76.3 kg) at 27% body fat. Start counting calories per day. And no binging cooking and cakes!

Week 4 167.2/75.8kg Week 4 day 2 Prometheus. Went to a 3 day a week due to work and just wasn't feeling like I recovered enough for the 4 day a week. However I added another round to make up the volume. So 5 rounds of 5/16/5. same time per set. Highest BPM was 164.

Week 4 165.4lbs/75.02 KG. Prometheus - Week 4 Day 3. 5 rounds, 5 reps, 16 reps for swings. BPM ranges 156 to 176. 2.5 minutes per set. End of my week. Weight ranged from 165 to 168. So it's been 4 weeks for this jerks-swings-rows-swings circuit. Never done same circuit for 4 weeks. I'm missing squats, lunges, around the worlds, halos, suitcase carries, and various core exercises. I know this is really strength work. I can feel the tiredness next day. Will I do this again? Maybe not. Not enough variation. However, Taco's programming is pretty good in this. I've gained in press strength, and overall strength. 2 more weeks to go.
Run every day December.
Plan is to run 5km every day in December. Not at my quickest pace but around 5.15/5.30 per km. Day 1 today
Run every day December.

@Conor Adair That's about 7.17 mph if the AI is correct. I'm almost at 6 mph for 3.1 miles - about 5K.
Down to 83.9 and 14%
Down to 83.9 kg and 14% bodyfat (according to the machine). Lost a lot of muscle mass, but my cardio is coming back to the level I want it to be at.

14% - Great job!
My journal of WLC 2025
I will also keep my reports under this post. The first week was quite easy, because I had a couple mandatory rest days there. I started walking at least around the block. I'm writing my meals down to application. There's plenty of work even a regular meal times.
