This is how you’re actually going to make your 2026 goals happen
Your goals don’t fail because you didn’t want them badly enough. They fail because there’s no structure behind them. Here's how i set myself up for succes!! ✨Before you even think about a vision board, pause and look back: - What were your goals in 2025? - What actually worked? - What didn’t? - What shifted? - What have you clearly outgrown? - And what did you achieve that wasn’t even a goal? ✨Then get honest about the future: - Who do you want to be in 2026? - What do you want to do? - And how do you actually want your days to feel? ✨From there, write your goals down in real life categories: Health. Career. Personal development. Finances. Relationships. And don’t keep them vague. ✨Break them down into: - a focus for the year - goals per quarter - priorities per month - actions per week This is the difference between “I hope this happens” and “I’m building this.” And then, as the final step, turn it into a visual vision board. Not just for visualisation, but as a reminder of the direction you’re choosing. If faith is part of your life, this is also a powerful moment to pause and pray over your goals, asking for clarity, discipline, and guidance for the year ahead! What's your 2026 vision board status?

Introduction

Hey Ree, welcome! 🤍 Nice to have you here. Starting out in UGC is exciting (and a bit overwhelming), but you’re definitely in the right place to learn and get going. Take your time, ask questions when you need to, and just start experimenting. Good luck with your UGC journey, excited to see where it takes you ✨
My current UGC rates (and where I’m heading in 2026)
I just shared a TikTok where I openly talk about what I charge as a UGC creator based in Europe. Not as a rulebook, just so you can see real numbers. I know a lot of people are curious about pricing, so I wanted to put this out there in one place. My current rates: Starting rate – €350 for 1 UGC video – includes 30 days of usage rights Add-ons – extra hook or CTA: €50 – usage rights: €50 per extra 30 day – Spark Ads / whitelisting: €100 per month Raw footage – added to a UGC video: +50% of my base rate – raw footage only (no UGC video): €200 starting rate These rates can vary per brand depending on the scope, deliverables, and workload. I’m always open to adjusting, as long as it still makes sense and I’m not undercharging myself. I’m sharing this mainly so you can see what I charge right now. Not to say this is the price, just my price. Looking ahead: In 2026, my rates will most likely go up. Especially: – monthly usage rights – Spark Ads / whitelisting – and potentially my starting rate (maybe closer to €500) The European UGC market is still growing, not at the same speed as the US, but it is moving. I’m paying attention to the market, demand, and the kind of work brands are asking for, and I’ll adjust accordingly. I’ll link the TikTok below if you want to hear me explain it in more detail 🤍 https://www.tiktok.com/@ugcwithnyomi/video/7588985063988137248?_r=1&_t=ZG-92d1aeJwhhh Use this as context, reference, or just curiosity whatever helps you. Where are you currently at with your UGC pricing?

Target brands and followers
Hi Nyomi! I’m so happy to be part of this community. Thank you for all the support you give, especially to beginner UGC creators. I have a question about something you mentioned in one of your training videos. You said that targeting brands and attracting followers should be around 50/50. I understand the part about targeting brands, but I’m not sure how to grow an audience as a beginner. I’m not a professional video editor yet and I don’t know all the tricks of this niche. I also don’t really want to create educational content for other UGC creators — that’s not the direction I want to take. So I wanted to ask: What do you think about building a “honest review” style page, where 50% of my content is portfolio-style videos for brands, and the other 50% is product reviews and honest opinions for followers? Do you think this type of strategy could attract an audience? Would it actually work? Thank you so much!

i have answered this question in my most recent post!
This is EXACTLY what you should post to land UGC deals (as a beginner)
This is how I made my first €2K in UGC deals with only 300 followers. I followed this one simple rule: 50% content for brands, 50% content for UGC/content creators/people in your niche. 🔥The first 50% → content for BRANDS This is how you show your value to brands. Not by telling them to hire you, but by showing that you know what you’re doing. Post things like: - Portfolio examples & UGC-style videos - Videos where you talk about: - Reviews of results or experiences with clients Brands see this as social proof. And trust me they care way more about this than your follower count. 🔥The other 50% content for UGC/content creators/people in your niche This is where most beginners get stuck. A lot of people think they need to educate others to connect. But if you’re still figuring things out yourself, don’t turn yourself into an educational UGC page yet. You can connect by simply sharing your journey. - Day-in-the-life content - Wins, losses, doubts, struggles - Honest realizations you’ve had - Things you like / don’t like about UGC - Behind-the-scenes shots - Bloopers - The gear you use You can: - Share your goals at the start of the month - Post a monthly recap at the end - Talk about what went well (and what didn’t) And once you’re further along, you can slowly start sharing what worked for you in landing your first UGC deals not as “this is what you should do,” but as your experience. AND... If this content is high quality, it attracts brands too!!! this was an answer to @Olga Zabezhinskaya question so If you have any questions about this or want more tips, leave a comment I’ll answer them today.
