@Nissar Shaik Be yourself!
Being an AI agency owner sounds cool until you’re in the trenches.
Here’s what we don’t talk about enough 👇 • Clients want GPT-4 magic on a GPT-3.5 budget • Endless "custom" requests that kill your time • Compliance paranoia (hello GDPR 👀) • Burnout from wearing every hat—sales, dev, support • Hiring people who say they know AI but ghost mid-project • Scaling delivery without cloning yourself • Trying to productize while drowning in one-off gigs • Constant tool fatigue—10 new ones weekly • You automate others, but your backend is chaos • No one gets what you actually do Still—if you’re solving real problems, you’re ahead.Building smart beats building fast. Always. 🧠 Curious—what’s your #1 pain point right now? Let’s compare notes and battle scars.

Trying to explain the urgency of learning Ai to my parents😅
China's Emerging AI Influence
China's AI scene is heating up, with companies like DeepSeek, Tencent and Baidu making big waves in the AI scene since the start of this year. The pace of these companies in the past few months has been staggering with models like DeepSeek V3 and ERNIE X1 competing with the best models from the US. It's obviously not all good though, with concerns over privacy and security. Some of my main pros and cons around the situation below... Pros: - Diversification of models opens up new routes to innovation - Cost effective performance makes AI more accessible - Open source licensing opens up collaboration and implementation Cons: - State censorship raises ethical questions - Concerns about data privacy and security I'd love to get your opinions on China's rising AI influence? How will this shape the global tech landscape moving forwards?

@Jordan Price Currently in the Netherlands there's a big problem with the funding of Ai because Ai companies are struggling to find investors. I dont exactly know why but i've read about in a report from Techleap and Deloitte. The state is finally addressing the shortage we have compared to other countries like the US and China for example. But compared with other countries, the Netherlands still have to do a lot more than just invest a big amount of money in AI. About the question of lower income countries, there will always be someone on top and someone below. I agree with your opinion about Data privacy but i think with AI we have a change to make a more lasting impact with adressing the importantance of data security and gaining more independence by keeping our data local and in our hands. https://techleap.nl/report/ai-scaling-challenges-for-dutch-founders/#toggle-id-1

@Jordan Price I wouldn't say too late, but it depends how much as a company you're dependent of your business model when it's very easy to automate, replace or make more efficient with AI . People and countries have to realize that this is gonna change their lives forever and they have to adapt or otherwise..... I also think it's unfortunate that the gap will grow but that's life. It's not fair. Nice to hear! I think it's amazing how fast everyone in this community is learning and adapting. I just started reading about AI and now i'm here😅

What If Fear Is Exactly What You Need?
Most people have fear all wrong. They think the solution is to ignore it, bury it, or “stay positive.” But that’s a trap.Avoiding fear makes it grow stronger. Want proof? Ever avoided a conversation, a social event, or even speaking your mind… just because of that uncomfortable knot in your chest? And then what happened? The fear didn't go away—it got louder. So here’s a radical idea: Next time fear shows up, don’t fight it. Don’t distract yourself. Don’t run. Sit with it... Yep, actually face it. Feel that knot, let the sweat come, and stare it down like it owes you money. The first time I did this, I felt like I was going to pass out. But I didn’t. Turns out, fear is all bark and no bite. It’s like fog... looks thick until you step right through it. I’ve spent years letting fear hold me back: From speaking up, meeting new people, and living life fully. But facing it (even when I thought I’d crumble) is what made it lose its grip on me. And guess what? I’m not invincible. I still have moments where fear knocks on my door. But now I know better: If you just stand there and stare it down, it always backs off. So here’s your challenge: The next time fear shows up...PAUSE. Don't scroll. Don’t escape. Look it dead in the eye. You’ll see that it’s weaker than you think. And once you figure that out? The game changes forever.
