Hey NS. Welcome to the Arm Speed programπͺ. Lets get started.π€. Your doing a great job of rotating. The belly button starts on the right antenna and finishes pointed to the left antenna. Try and stay tall when you finished. Also, hold your elbow back behind you as your rotate your torso from right to left. The arm will be the last thing to come through which will give you more of a whip when your hitting. Do this on your standing throw and hit.
