Hey SM. You did a great job getting that right arm back behind you more. Now lets continue working on the arm patterning. Focus this week on getting the hand to drop back behind the head. See the attached video for doing this on your Seated Exercises and Standing Throw/Hit. Relaxing the right arm and shoulder will help that hand to drop back into that position.
