From Overwhelmed to Making Progress, My Web Agency Journey
Hey everyone, I’m new here and wanted to share a little of my story. When I first started my agency, I felt like I was juggling a million things at once: clients, projects, learning new tools, and trying to figure out how to actually grow. Some days it felt impossible. The wins didn’t come fast, but the small ones were huge: finishing a project that actually exceeded a client’s expectations, finally mastering a tool I’d been avoiding, or just getting clarity on my processes. I’d love to hear from you: What’s your biggest challenge running a web agency right now? And what’s one small win that reminded you you’re making progress? Sharing struggles and wins honestly has helped me learn faster, curious to see if it does the same for others here!

@Peter Donald That's a good idea, I'll bring it into my reality. It makes a lot of sense.

Should I get a job?
Hey guys, my budget is absolutely 0$ like absolute 0$ I can't invest on automations or anything, so the interesting thing is while doing cold dm's on Facebook I found a opening for a remote job idk what I thought but I wrote the best message in 2minutes sent them my cv and portfolio and they DARM replied, then I went through a few difficult tests and got selected I still don't know if this is the right thing to do, even though I love the people there very co operative a very good Web Dev community there. what I find is I actually love it here working on real project's with deadlines and not just any projects projects that are actually meaning full. So currently I have set it up like this 9 hour for the job 3 hour for studies and 5-6 hours for my Web Dev agency. What do you guys think?

@Brenda Wolkenstein yup, thanks Brenda
hello everyone 😁
Hello everyone, I’m new to the community. I started my agency about two weeks ago with a friend, so it’s a team effort, not just me. We haven’t landed our first client yet, but we’ve been putting in the work creating a Facebook page and Instagram page to showcase our projects, reaching out to businesses through cold emails, and sharing our services in different groups. Right now, we’re building websites with WordPress and Webflow. Our main strategy is to build sample sites for businesses first, then reach out to them with a ready project to show what we can do. It’s still early, but I’m confident that first client will come soon. In the meantime, I’d really appreciate any advice or suggestions from those who’ve been through this stage before.”

@Alex Brown Start by offering something free, like consulting. I do this and that's the only way I can close something... If the client has a website and you know it can be improved, present these points for free in a quick call of about 15 minutes where you present and give it to them... obviously they'll need someone to make these edits... then you come in

@Russell Kingston In fact, what you need is to generate value, so arriving with a ready message saying that it is good does not make him buy, now if you listen to him and provide a more personalized service, you have a much greater chance of closing
