Seen this question about round the uk so wondering what the GK community think on this one It’s a hot topic!

Interested in what age groups do trainer of the week in your team training. My current team don't do it but other teams as I was growing up did. I always thought this was very difficult for the coaches to decide. So many players in different positions and I found it was often the same players over and over again that were awarded this. This can be a great confidence boost for some but demoralising for others. Let me know your thoughts. When you think it should stop.
