Really quick: -2weeks no smoking complete. -Studied a bit -Leg workout Still working. Cheers everyone.

Thank you all for the support I see here is crazy. Helps a lot. Hard day today again mentally. Wins: -I didn't smoke -Rest day, the worst days as I cannot smoke anymore and I dont have that relief -Studied -Working on letting go and positive mentality, my body isn't handling well negatives emotions. Need to be more productive also, very limited by negative emotions. Thanks again for the support I see here¡!

WINSZ
-11.3km run with a speedy workout -Solid miracle morning -Using up the food in the fridge...made an excellent chicken/potato concoction! Healthy -4 sessions plus a coach networking session Tomorrow- -Record 2 ads -An AMAZING 1-1 session in the AM -Pack and leave this place....off to the sunny south That's it mates! Going to bed. Goodnight

Your diet is inspiring. I tried potatoes today as I saw your photo the other day. So tasty the salt and the Sriracha and mustard.
Day 11 in SWK
Didn't start the 28 day momentum challenge yet but: -Didn't smoke (almost 2 weeks, my last record was 26 days but I deeply knew I would relapse). -upper body workout -meditation -Studied and business brainstorming -Still working on the letting go, having difficulties sticking to that philosophy as I go crazy sometimes. Still A LOT of work. May god be with you.
