Hey, hi and hello
Hey Clief Notes fam! 👋 I'm Nick Volinchak and I'm stoked to be here. 🙋 A little about me: Who am I? Who are any of us? I'm just a guy trying to make the best out of my time on this rotating sphere and help people achieve the goals they want out of life. Right now, that's through marketing, but my plan is to expand into AI and automation through learnings in this course. 🎯 My current goal: I'm working on being able to add this as a product offering and really I'd love to be able to help smaller entrepreneurs compete with some bigger institutions through making their operations more effective and efficient. 💪 What I'm currently building/working on: My first task is basically working on a SearchAtlas OTTO-esque replacement. I have been using SA for SEO for about 18 months and it came with a myriad of issues and things that I didn't like, so having the knowledge of what would be best practices for my clients, I have sought out creating something that will increase their revenue and visibility. I am also working on writing smaller sentences. 🤔 My biggest struggle or question right now: Time. Two years ago I would have been able to sit down and run through this course as quickly as possible. Not so much today. For me, learning is very rhythmic, so doing a lesson or part of one here and there isn't going to cut it. I am genuinely an efficient person. This will force me to become even more efficient to be able to learn how I need to. Let's get it! 🚀

Where I am in my AI Journey
Nick here, and I'm here to share my AI journey! I'm currently using AI for doing SEO for my clients, and right now I'm at the building systems stage. Notice I left out the word structures One thing that caught my attention from this lesson is that you have a sophisticated system of folders that all know what each other is doing, because it helps provide several different benefits, including more structured and accurate results and also save token usage. Currently, mine feels like a bunch of independent things that are very loosely strung together. I've attached very appropriate meme to help explain how I feel I am operating at the moment. I'm excited to learn how to more effectively string these systems together and see how structured approaches to AI can help me grow not just my own business, but my clients as well.

@Pascal Pollack We run each client through one Claude-based dashboard that replaced Search Atlas and most of ClickUp: 1. Brief: Intake notes, call recaps, and purchased services go into an onboarding doc. Claude uses it to choose the keywords we track. 2. Weekly data: Every Monday, Claude pulls rankings, backlinks, site health, Search Console, GA4, and AI visibility, then proposes tasks. 3. Monthly plan: On the 1st, that research becomes a week-by-week plan and the tasks import to our board. 4. Execution: Claude works through approved tasks twice a day and handles the writing. I keep the approvals and purchases. 5. Review: Finished work lands in Review, and only I can mark it done. 6. Report: On the 1st, each client gets a month-over-month report covering their services, with specific next steps. It still needs some babysitting, but most of my time now goes to reviewing work instead of doing it.
1st Workflow Created: Enterprise Communications Creator
What was created: My second week on this platform and I was able to create ICM workflow that produces draft communication emails about services and new IT producs the OCIO offers. Scope of Communication: The audience is over 12k. Tools: Claude Code and ICM framework, and pre approved communication templates, SharePoint folders. Outcome: Showed my boss the outcomes and he was impressed. All he had to do was input the trigger " Write Comm" and the workflow produced a 508 compliant assesable draft communication from the pre approved communicationtemplates. Next Tuesday speaking to my boss leadership about use cases! Thank you to this community!

📣FREE Tool: Visualize your folder context for a given task
I've been quiet lately between personal projects/lyceum/day job and life with family and friends. Rest assured, I am still working. Had this idea this morning to make a tool for folks to visually audit your ICM workflows in the order that the agent reads files for a given task. Turned it into a skill for everyone here. https://github.com/donroy26/workflow-tracer Invoke the skill for a given folder and write the task you want and the agent will give you a dashboard like shown in the attached photo. You can then audit all the files it walks for that task and see if any wires are crossed. Let me know what you think!

Everyone assesses information and learns in different ways so being able to visualize folder structure to me is immensely helpful
